Stresstech Xstress Robot systems with robot goniometer makes stress measurements by X-ray diffraction easy and flexible on complicated parts, large and small. Xstress Robot is an advanced X-ray stress analyzer which is based on solid state linear sensor technique that enables converting X-rays directly into electrical signal.
The Robot goniometer includes the G3 tube holder unit attached to the robot arm. With it, the collimator can be moved quickly to the different measurement areas on the surfaces. The robot handles all goniometer functions such as tilting and rotation.
Also automatic mapping on complicated parts as turbine blades is possible. With built-in safety interlocks, Xstress Robot is designed and constructed to meet all industrial safety requirements for radiation equipment.
